1. Returns

• Due to the nature of consumable products, returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Email us at info@ccteaindia.com within 48 hours
• Include your order number and clear photos of the product

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
